Senior Product Designer
About the role
We're seeking a Product Designer with a growth focus to help more people access the right support for their ADHD. You'll combine solid design instincts with data-driven optimization to scale our impact.
Inflow was recently acquired by Cerebral, one of the largest digital mental health providers in the US. This opens up a broader range of support we can offer our users, from self-guided learning in the Inflow app to professional therapy via Cerebral, or a combination of both.
A big part of this role is designing the experience that helps users find the right path for them.
You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to run experiments and ship improvements across the full user journey, from how users discover and choose the right support, through to activation and long-term engagement.
This role is hands-on and AI-native. You'll use modern AI tools to go from idea to working prototype fast and sometimes what you build will be close enough to ship. We're looking for someone who sees AI as a force multiplier for design velocity.
You'll own the design process end-to-end: discovery, ideation, solution design, high-fidelity execution, and iteration.
Balancing fast experimentation with thoughtful solutions, you'll work across the full spectrum of growth — from how users discover us, to how they convert, engage, and stay. We're a small team so you'll have real ownership and direct impact.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design across growth surfaces — from research and ideation through high-fidelity implementation and continuous optimization
- Design and optimize key growth surfaces. Funnels, onboarding, engagement, retention, referrals and more, across web and app
- Go from idea to working prototype fast using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) — sometimes close enough to ship
- Develop and validate design hypotheses through A/B testing and quantitative data
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and uncover opportunities
- Balance rapid experimentation with thoughtful solutions, knowing when to iterate quickly vs. invest in deeper exploration
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2C product design experience — consumer apps, e-commerce, or subscription products, with proven impact on business metrics.
- You're particularly strong in at least one area that matters to us, whether that's conversion design, building with AI, compelling UX storytelling, or running experiments that move metrics
- Growth experience with hands-on work in at least two areas: CRO, onboarding, activation, monetization, retention, referrals, checkout, or AOV optimisation
- Already building with AI (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as a natural part of your design workflow
- Comfortable with A/B testing and data-informed design decisions — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand that experiments drive priorities in this role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and measurable outcomes
- Good design instincts around user psychology and behavior
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and working in a small team with real ownership
Nice-to-haves
- Background in mental health or healthcare products
